Resolution Forum September 2019

The Resolution Forum returns to London this autumn where senior executives from across multiple sectors will once again unite to gain crucial insights into on-the-pulse topics around complaint handling and deleivering excellent customer experinece. 

This latest Resolution Forum will be hosted by Egeria Insights, the data insights and analytics business of the Resolver Group.

The Resolution Forum will include a series of intriguing talks covering crucial areas of complaint handling and hot topics including customer vulnerability risks, PR crisis management dos and do nots, strategy to get ahead of the competition, building a proactive complaints handling process, delivering best practice, innovation in complaint handling and how to create award winning proactive processes to retain customers.
