Resolver announce news on Chairman

Resolver, the UK’s biggest free complaints website and consumer tech provider is pleased to congratulate Richard Lloyd as he leaves his role as Resolver’s chairman to take up a new position at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Richard’s new role will commence from 1st April 2019.

To avoid any perception of conflict of interest, Richard and Resolver have agreed that Richard will retire from Resolver's Board with immediate effect.

Markus Pedriks, Group Chairman of Resolver says

We have been lucky to have had a Chairman like Richard, whose reputation as a passionate campaigner for fairness and the rights of consumers is second to none.   We are obviously sad to lose him, but I am most grateful for the strategic support and commitment he has given to the business for over a year and wish him well in his new role as a regulator.

Richard will become a Non-executive Director of the Board of the Financial Conduct Authority for a three-year term.
