Resolver India Launches in 2019

We are delighted to announce that Resolver Group will launch a new service, Resolver India, in 2019, a move which we see as a reflection of our ambition and potential to help champion better outcomes for consumers and businesses on a global scale.

 

 

With Resolver Canada having launched in December 2018, Resolver India will see our first step into the Asian consumer complaints market, bringing with it a wealth of exciting opportunity.

 

Resolver International Operations analyst, Seb Jenks, reflects upon the global expansion of the Resolver service into 2019 and beyond:

 

“After four years of fantastic growth within the dispute resolution space in the UK, Resolver Group has decided to take its core services international after great traction within North America, Asia, and Australia. After launching our free consumer platform and online dispute resolution services in Canada last month, with India and Australia following suit in early 2019, we feel Resolver Group is well positioned for International success in 2019.”

 

Seb further reflects upon the Resolver India project and the new team based in India, having played a central role in its foundation as a key liaison between the Resolver India team and the UK head office.

 

“We are incredibly excited to be launching our services in India in January 2019. After recruiting a great local team in New Delhi, we have seen early potential for success within our free consumer platform, Data Insights, and Dispute Resolution services. Resolver's introduction into the India market is incredibly timely as it undergoes a tech revolution, and we hope that 2019 will be a fantastic first year for our Indian operations."
