Resolver announces the Resolution Forum
Run by Henley Business School in association with Resolver and the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA), the Forum will be led by Professor Moira Clark, Head of the Customer Management Department at Henley. Moira will lead the sessions, exploring how better resolution and customer service helps build stronger connections with consumers.
Every session will offer the opportunity to hear thought-provoking speakers from industry, the public sector and academia – alongside the chance to network with peers.
The Forum will meet four times a year, with sessions catering to no more than 16 key thought-leaders.
