We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Account Director to join our Sales Team, working across our product portfolio. We’ve acquired a number of new logos over the last year and are now looking to scale our team to develop and close the growing number of opportunities in the pipeline.

The Role:

What You'll Do

We are looking for a competent, motivated and ambitious Sales & Account Director to join our team.

You will be finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, being directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base.

  • Ownership of the Resolver data sales process from prospecting through to PO - creating and closing deals yourself and helping others to close.
  • Understanding of the value of data products
  • A good understanding of sales methodology – MEDDICC, Challenger, Miller Heimann
  • Ability to create and manage a sales strategy for a determined sector/market
  • Develop an account plan and drive loyalty, usage, and surface opportunities for growth
  • Provide customer support when needed
  • Learn new product and services features and benefits
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success, satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs
  • Supporting sales across the company's wider portfolio

About you

  • Experience within a Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for technology, our mission and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Data, Product, Marketing, Services)
  • Knowledge in Hubspot is a plus
