Help us revolutionise issue resolution for consumers, businesses and government for India. Resolver is launching in India in December 2018 and we are hiring a full-stack internet marketer to manage all marketing functions at a well-funded internet Start-up.
Resolver India is part of Resolver Group which is a UK based leading dispute resolution platform. In 2017, we have helped over 1.2 million consumers to resolve issues and we have helped consumers to recover over £750 million of issues for free through Resolver’s tools. Resolver is a free service that helps consumers to be more effective at raising and resolving complaints. As well as helping hundreds of thousands of consumers every year, Resolver assists businesses, regulators, Ombudsmen and Governments in delivering better outcomes and building better customer services – and better markets.
You will be working with the core team and will report to the CEO. On a daily basis, you will be in charge of user acquisition across various channels including SEO, PPC, Social, and innovative growth hacking. Applicants should have some experience across all aspects of digital marketing :
– Setting up and running AdWords campaigns
– Optimising content for SEO
– Generating content ideas for social media
– Ability to ideate and implement growth hacks from time to time
– Measure results with analytics, tracking conversions
– Heading marketing efforts as a whole
This job would ideally suit somebody who has run the marketing function at an internet Startup or perhaps previously been through a Startup accelerator programme where they led marketing.
While you don’t need to be a software developer, a good understanding of the technical aspects of online marketing is important. You will be building custom landing pages to increase user acquisition. Any experience of growth hacking would also be a plus. You will have the opportunity to work with outside experts to help build more detailed plans around areas such as SEO, but ultimately you will be the one executing and delivering user acquisition and growth.
