Who you are:

We are looking for a competent, motivated and ambitious tele-sales Professional who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in selling to small businesses. You are a self-starting, tenacious, go-getter-hunter who is the type of professional who greets each day with one goal in mind – CRUSH a sales goal and GROW! You’re also at that point in your tele-sales career where you’ve probably spent some time in an SDR role and are ready to start closing your own deals. You’re ready for that next stage in your development. This is a role that will be rewarded with growth and significant earning opportunities and we believe the right candidate could evolve into leading tele-sales teams someday. We’re looking for someone who could grow into that role over time. For now, you will be responsible for driving tele-sales under the guidance of our Sales Director.

The impact you’ll have

At Resolver, we are fostering a solid sales and coaching culture and looking for the right team members to help us achieve our ambitious goals. You will be joining a small tele-sales team where the opportunities to grow and earn are endless.

Your day will be spent on the following critical tasks and activities:

  • Working from provided lists of qualified leads, you will contact SMEs across the UK and encourage them to hear your pitch. Each lead will be “warmed-up” from an ongoing email nurturing campaign.
  • Professionally deliver formal presentations to key SME owners and/or decision-makers
  • Understand & stay up-to-date with target industries, competitive differentiators, technical requirements, and demonstrate Resolver’s value proposition
  • Negotiate and close all phases of engagements, including review and preparation of client agreements
  • Drive pipeline growth through strong follow-up and engagement of prospects
  • Track and maintain accurate prospect information in CRM and other sales tools (we use Hubspot)

The value you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years in a tele-sales environment (SDR, BDR); experience in SaaS considered an invaluable asset
  • Ability to consistently achieve or exceed predetermined goals and objectives
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional phone, written, and interpersonal skills; world-class presentation skills
  • Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Obsessively organised and capable of handling several projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly

  • A base salary of £25-£40k, depending on Experience

We have a comprehensive onboarding program built to insure your success. We take training and development very seriously and we’re building a sales coaching environment designed to help you and Resolver grow and prosper together. You can expect your first few weeks to consist of focussed product knowledge sessions and dedicated sales training. You’ll have all the sales tools you need to succeed and we’ll make sure all your sales efforts are well supported by the entire company – Marketing, Product, Development and the Executive team.
