Ed is a Customer Support Agent, helping Resolver’s users with any questions that pop up along their journey.
Ed has a truly unique talent – he claims to be able to “make a sound with his mouth like a UFO”.
The bottom line is that Resolver helps people, so that was a very big draw for me in terms of working here. The office vibe is warm, welcoming and exciting and it’s genuinely a pleasure to be involved in a team that is committed to creating a service that supports those who need it.
