Colin has worked in fast growth technology companies for the past 20 years, twice starting up and in due course selling tech companies. Colin led the sales and marketing functions in his previous businesses, with particular emphasis on business development and taking those businesses into new markets. Colin joined Resolver in July 2017 to assist with the commercialisation of the platform and our drive into new market places. Working closely with Mark Bailey, Colin is focusing in particular on the energy, transport, and other newer market places as Resolver delivers an exciting range of services to businesses and corporate partners.
Unusually, Colin cites the same company for delivering best and worst customer service, “the lovely SSE support team even phoned me in person to check my power was back on after a storm took down power lines; shame then that when I called them to say I was considering moving to another energy supplier after 10 years they just wished me well – just no effort to keep me whatsoever!! How crazy is that…?”
